TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 15, 2014) - EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) is pleased to announce that S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services (S&P) has added EnerCare to the S&P/TSX Composite Index effective after the close of trading on Friday, December 19, 2014.

The S&P/TSX Composite Index is the headline index in Canada and the premier indicator of performance for Canadian equity markets. It includes the largest companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as measured by market capitalization and liquidity.
